| Kambly - the origin of a legend m is the beginning of a love story Kambly. A young man learns from the Kander valley in La Neuveville know a girl from Trubschachen, his future life partner. The love leads him to the remote farming village of Emmental, where he learned the bakery and confectionery trade. In 1906, he has an idea: With the pretzels after grandmother's recipe, which will soon find out about the family and village, even more enthusiastic approval to use the whole of Switzerland and to build up his own business. And the ideahas become reality. Today, 100 years after the beginning of the Kambly pretzels, is enjoying this traditional pastry-specialty - unchanged since 1906 - increasing popularity. The Pretzels is now the most popular biscuit in Switzerland - a love story that lives on. |
